Hyakunousha International Limited Hiring! Full Time (Assistant) Production Supervisor in New Territories, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

To pursue our growth such that our rich culinary culture and values can be reached, shared and embraced globally, we are looking for collaborative teammates to join our expanding production team by monitoring employee and workflows to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Role Purpose

Lead and supervise production teams on the factory floor, ensuring smooth daily operations, stable output, and effective team coordination. The role combines hands-on supervision, people management, and practical operational reporting to maintain efficient production performance.

Operations & Team Leadership

• Lead a team and manage daily operations to meet production schedules and targets

• Assist management in developing and implementing production and quality systems

• Collect and analyze production data to monitor production performance and improve process

• Provide training and technical support to operations staff

• Maintain hygiene and 5S standards 

• Identify potential risk in operations and report to the manager

Production Data & Stock Control

• Extract and review production and inventory data from ERP system to support daily operations

• Support stock take activities, conduct stock level checks, and perform basic variance analysis

• Monitor material usage against production plans and highlight any abnormal consumption or discrepancies

• Coordinate with warehouse on material supply and stock movement, and proactively flag potential shortages or issues
  

• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in food production

• Independent, self-motivated, flexible with strong communication skills

• Team-player, willing to learn with problem-solving skills

• Good people management skill and communication skill

• Experience in basic data analysis or reporting is an advantage

• Knowledge of ISO22000/HACCP and experience on ERP system

• The job title will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, and demonstrated competencies
