HGC Global Hiring! Full Time End User Computing Support Engineer in New Territories, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Job Duties & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user computing (EUC) support, including Office IT systems, PC hardware/software, network connectivity, and BYOD users
• Assist in setting up workstations and network equipment, including scheduling, monitoring, and executing installation or relocation activities, as well as site preparation
• Support on the Management of the EUC inventory, security control, IT helpdesk and incidents
• Assist the Senior Systems Engineer and System Administrator in daily system operations, including server and network equipment setup
• Assist with both internal and external projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in EUC or system support
• Hands-on experience with MS Office Applications, including troubleshooting and problem solving
• Familiarity with PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and smartphones
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team;
• Good spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Senior EUC Support Engineer position
