In N Out Storage Hiring! Full Time Accountant in Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

In N Out Storage is a one-stop self-storage company that has over 20 storage facilities in operation in Hong Kong.

We are looking for an Accountant to join our company. 

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and prepare month-end closing

• Carry out routine accounting duties including invoice process, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cashflow management and accounts reconciliations

• Prepare the monthly financial analysis with explanations

• Preparation of tax computation and tax returns during tax season

• Review the expenses of the company

• Responsible for financial report, balance sheet, income statement, P&L, General Ledger

• Liaise with external auditors

• Handle various administrative duties

• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Responsibilities:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines

• 5 years relevant experience is preferred

• Familiar with Peachtree Accounting Software

• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese

• Proficient in MS Office and good Excel skills

• Hard-working, trustworthy, integrity with strict code of confidentiality, independent and attentive to detail
