Responsibilities
Looking for data professional delivering insights, dashboards, and analytics to drive performance, enable decisions, and improve business outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver end-to-end management reporting and performance analytics, covering key business metrics such as revenue, productivity, conversion, customer engagement, and operational performance
Translate business needs into analytical approaches, identify performance drivers, and provide actionable insights and recommendations
Develop executive-ready insights and presentations, highlighting trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards for various stakeholders across business functions
Apply best practices in data visualization, including clear KPI structures, drill-down capabilities, user-friendly filtering, and consistent design standards
Optimize dashboard performance through effective data modeling and efficient data processing techniques
Build and maintain structured datasets and scalable data layers to support analytics and reporting needs
Develop efficient and maintainable SQL and data transformation processes
Implement data quality controls such as validation, reconciliation, and anomaly detection
Integrate and manage data from multiple sources, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and timely availability
Use programming tools (e.g., Python, SQL) to automate reporting processes and perform advanced analytics such as segmentation and forecasting
Develop reusable analytics assets, including standardized KPIs, parameterized reporting templates, and shared code libraries
Promote best practices in documentation, code quality, and reproducibility
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize work, and deliver solutions within timelines
Communicate complex findings clearly to support business decision-making
Ensure compliance with data governance standards, including data privacy, access control, and audit requirements
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, analytics, computer science, or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, reporting, or related areas
Experience in performance analytics within a commercial, digital, or service-oriented environment is preferred
Proficiency in at least one of the following: SQL, Python, or VBA
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including KPI design, data structures, and data quality controls
Experience in building scalable, production-grade reporting and analytics solutions
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is an advantage
Strong ownership mindset and service-oriented approach
Good project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and risk management
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and structured communication abilities
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
