About the Role

Looking for a stable backend operations role with attractive salary, structured SOP, and career growth?

We are hiring Mandarin-speaking Operation Executives to support daily account and payment-related backend operations. This role is suitable for someone who is detail-oriented, responsible, comfortable with numbers, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor system records and ensure accounts are correctly linked and ready for use.
  监控系统账户与业务系统的连接状态，确保账户可正常使用。

• Support daily account and transaction checking, including balance, limit, and payment-related updates.
  处理日常账户及交易检查，包括余额、限额及支付相关资料更新。

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve account or transaction issues.
  与内部团队协调，跟进账户或交易异常问题。

• Follow company SOP, security, and confidentiality requirements.
  严格遵守公司SOP、安全及保密要求。

• Complete daily reporting and reconciliation accurately.
  准确完成每日报表及对账工作

Requirement:

• SPM qualification or above. Fresh graduates are welcome.

• Able to communicate in Mandarin as this roles will required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.

• Basic English is an advantage.

• Basic computer skills; able to use system, Excel, or Google Sheet.

• Comfortable with numbers, checking details, and following SOP.

• Able to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur.

• Open to day shift, night shift, or rotational shift arrangement.
