- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and deliver technical solutions.
- Monitor and resolve technical issues, ensuring quick response to minimise impact on operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies in all production activities.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management on system performance and improvement areas.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in production engineering processes and technologies.
- A strong technical background in the technology and telecoms industry.
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams and manage operational challenges effectively.
- Experience in developing strategies to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
- Experience in implementing innovative solutions to improve processes.
- Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or Go and familiarity with Linux/Unix systems, networking, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Docker.
- Familiarity with monitoring systems like Prometheus, Grafana, or Nagios.
- Professional certifications in AWS, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or ITIL are advantageous.
- Malaysian Nationality is preferred.
