Job Description

Responsibilities

The Clerk is responsible for handling administrative and sales support functions to ensure smooth daily operations. This role includes managing documentation, data entry, preparing sales-related documents, coordinating customer orders, and providing support to both customers and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and update information in the company system.
Prepare sales documents such as Quotations, Invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), and other related documents.
Process and coordinate customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
Communicate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, deliveries, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team and relevant departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.
Prepare sales reports, administrative reports, and other documentation as required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, sales, and administrative records.
Provide general administrative support and perform ad hoc duties assigned by management.
