Full Time Laboratory Technician Jobs, in Taclico Company Padang Serai - Ricebowl

Taclico Company Sdn. Bhd. began its milling operation in 1986. The mill receives Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) as raw material, then mill them to produce Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Palm Kernel (PK), which are themselves important raw materials for the edible oil and oleochemical industries respectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct laboratory operations of the mill with a focus on quality control of the milling process, end products, and boiler water treatment.

2. Coordinate sample collection from various stages of production and storage.

3. Perform routine laboratory analyses and tests in accordance with established standards and procedures.

4. Monitor and document test results, ensuring compliance with quality specifications.

5. Coordinate product despatch activities, ensuring all outgoing products meet required quality standards

6. Maintain laboratory equipment, reagents and records in good condition and in compliance with safety guidelines.

7. Assist in troubleshooting quality related issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

8. Assist in compliance of MSPO certification or other sustainability requirements.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Chemistry or a related field.

• Experience: Experience in a palm oil mill or laboratory environment is an added advantage.

• Lab skill: Knowledge of quality control procedures and laboratory testing methods.

• Language: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English to handle paperwork.
