Now, we are seeking a Content Creator cum Video Editor to join us!
Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and produce engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant channels.
Capture high-quality photos and videos of food, beverages, restaurant ambiance, behind-the-scenes activities, staff moments, and customer experiences.
Edit videos and images for social media postings, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and promotional campaigns.
Monitor social media trends, viral content, and competitors to ensure relevant and up-to-date content strategies.
Assist in managing social media accounts by posting and scheduling content consistently.
Ensure all content aligns with the restaurant’s brand identity, tone, and marketing objectives.
Support paid marketing campaigns by preparing creative visual content.
Monitor content performance, engagement, reach, and audience insights.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Creative Media, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (experience in F&B / restaurant industry is an added advantage).
Strong skills in photography, videography, and mobile content shooting.
Proficient in editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current social media trends.
Creative, proactive, and able to generate fresh content ideas.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Willing to work during weekends, festive seasons, or events when required.
