Job Description

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
  • Reply to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and live chat

  • Assist with insurance-related questions (coverage, claims, payments, policies)

  • Guide customers on forms and required documents

  • Help with online portal and account access issues

  • Update customer records in the system

  • Follow up to ensure cases are resolved

  • Escalate complex issues when needed

  • Include operational responsibilities with general insurance knowledge added as advantage

We’re Looking For
  • Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

  • Experience in customer service / contact centre / admin is an advantage

  • Good writing and communication skills

  • Able to handle multiple chats at the same time

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
