Responsibilities
Reply to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and live chat
Assist with insurance-related questions (coverage, claims, payments, policies)
Guide customers on forms and required documents
Help with online portal and account access issues
Update customer records in the system
Follow up to ensure cases are resolved
Escalate complex issues when needed
Include operational responsibilities with general insurance knowledge added as advantage
Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Experience in customer service / contact centre / admin is an advantage
Good writing and communication skills
Able to handle multiple chats at the same time
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
Friendly and customer-focused
Good communicator
Team player
Detail-oriented
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
