Job Description – Livestreaming Operator

Originating from China, the brand is committed to combining botanical ingredients with modern skincare science to deliver high-quality, affordable, and effective self-care solutions.As part of its rapid international expansion, Dream Garden is building a strong presence across Southeast Asia, starting with Malaysia, with a focus on online and offline channel development, brand localization, and long-term market growth.
We are looking for a Livestreaming Operator to support the daily operation and optimization of our livestreaming activities across TikTok and other social commerce platforms. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth livestream execution, improving conversion performance, and driving overall GMV growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end livestream operation, including pre-live preparation, live execution coordination, and post-live performance review.
Assist in livestream planning, including product selection coordination, livestream scripts flow setup, and promotional mechanics alignment.
Monitor real-time livestream performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, GMV, engagement) and provide timely operational support to optimize results during live sessions.
Work closely with hosts, content team, marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure smooth livestream execution and consistent brand messaging.
Analyze livestream data and prepare performance reports, providing insights and suggestions for improvement in traffic acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Support campaign execution for big sales events (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, brand campaigns), ensuring operational readiness and execution efficiency.
Track competitor livestream trends and platform changes (TikTok algorithm, live features, etc.) to support continuous optimization of livestream strategy.
Qualifications
Diploma or above in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Communication, or related fields.1–3 years of experience in livestreaming operations, e-commerce operations, or social media operations (TikTok Shop experience is a strong advantage).
Familiar with livestream platforms (especially TikTok Live) and basic understanding of livestream e-commerce mechanics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify performance improvement opportunities.
Good coordination and communication skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and livestream hosts.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Experience in beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry is a plus.
