1) Prepare and issue purchase orders.
2) Obtain quotations from suppliers and compare prices.
3) Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules and order status.
4) Maintain proper purchasing records and filing.
5) Update purchasing data into the system accurately.
6) Coordinate with warehouse and production departments regarding material requirements.
7) Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
8) Assist in resolving delivery or supply issues.
9) Ensure all purchasing documents are properly documented and filed.
10) Perform other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements
1) Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
2) Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
3) Able to communicate well with suppliers and internal departments.
4) Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
5) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
