Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials and other production resources according to the production plan to ensure production targets are achieved with the required quality and quantity.

• Responsible for daily shopfloor management, including production progress follow-up, manpower arrangement, work discipline, 5S management, production efficiency improvement and workplace safety control.

• Optimize, implement and continuously improve internal departmental processes, systems and working standards to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

• Lead the analysis and resolution of production site issues, identify root causes, and develop both short-term corrective actions and long-term improvement plans.

• Promote and follow up on the implementation of improvement actions to enhance productivity, quality, safety and overall operational performance.

• Organize daily team communication, training and coaching to continuously improve team members’ skills, work efficiency and problem-solving ability.

• Build a positive and cooperative team culture, enhance team cohesion, and support the development of team members.

• Complete other tasks assigned by the department or management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder in any field. Candidates with relevant production management experience will also be considered.

• Minimum 3 years of production management experience in a large-scale manufacturing environment.

• Experience in the lithium battery industry, electronics manufacturing, automotive, semiconductor, or other high-volume manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.

• Experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, 5S, production efficiency improvement or shopfloor management is preferred.

• Strong sense of teamwork, with good communication, coordination and planning skills.

• Good organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate production teams.

• Self-driven, responsible, hands-on and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Willing to work according to production arrangements when required
