Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to distributors to communicate promotions, incentives, product launches, and business updates.
Conduct Zoom meetings regularly – product knowledge and business opportunity program
Hands-on exposure to the product is valuable for building product knowledge and conducting demos.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors through regular communication.
Identify distributors requiring additional support and escalate to management when necessary.
Personally, to contact distributors and prospects regarding sales opportunities.
Assist distributors in achieving monthly sales targets through regular engagement.
Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, other communication channels and walk in customers.
Resolve distributor concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Prepare weekly reports on call activities, distributor engagement, sales follow-ups, and campaign outcomes.
Monitor sales performance trends and provide feedback to management.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in customer service, tele-sales, sales support, or MLM/network marketing.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Good telephone etiquette and customer service mindset.
Proficiency in Mandarin
Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and work independently.
