About the role

We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our growing construction team at LIMAX BUILDER SDN. BHD. in Melaka. You will play a crucial role to lead on-site operations, ensure quality workmanship and drive projects to successful, on-time completion.

What you'll be doing

• To plan, organize, implement and monitor assigned project

• To liaise with people on site to ensure all works are carried out as per drawings and specifications

• Participate in site meeting, perform inspection and complete inspection checklist

• Prepare and check documents such as site diary, inspection forms and request for information from relevant authorities

• Manage and monitor workers to maintain productivity and quality standards

What we're looking for

• At least SPM or Diploma in related field

• At least 3 years working experience in construction and building supervisor

• Able to outstation and has strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices

• Willingness to work on-site and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
