Onduline Building Materials (M) Hiring! Full Time Maintenance Engineer in Pulau Pinang - Ricebowl

Job scope:

·       Manage operational execution of maintenance activities including budget planning, training development, inventory & asset control.

·       Coordinate and manage the annual maintenance budget as well long term cost planning.

·       To collaborate with maintenance operation teams to ensure equipment reliability, smooth production performance, and safe operation align with KPI set (MTTR, MTBF, OEE)

·       Plan and execute Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) for machine and facilities.

·       Perform analysis of machine breakdown, root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions accordingly.

·       Assist Plant Manager in maintenance related projects as well as technical matters.

·       Manage and maintain ISO documentation for maintenance department align with compliance of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.

Comply with all relevant Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) regulations and support continuous improvement in accident prevention

Requirements:

·       Minimum Degree in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronic Engineering.

·       Minimum 2-3 years of experience in plant maintenance or engineering role.

·       Possess strong technical skills and maintenance operations management.

·       Demonstrate a strong coordination, communication, leadership and problem solving capabilities.

·       Familiar with ISO documentation and audit requirements.

Knowledge of ISO 50001 and energy management will be added advantage
