Herb&Fashion Hiring! Full Time Business Operations - Admin Intern in Johor - Ricebowl

About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Operations & Admin Intern to join our team at Herb & Fashion Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is an Internship position, where you will provide dedicated administrative and personal support to our senior leadership team.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the daily calendar, schedule meetings and appointments for the leadership team

2. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and distribute follow-up actions and notes

3. Handle all travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation and transportation

4. Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

5. Act as the first point of contact for the leadership team, managing incoming communications and queries

6. Assist with special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

1. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and priorities effectively

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and discreet manner

3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach

5. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality

6. Mandarin language is a MUST for this position. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
