Job Description
Responsibilities
Station at Taman Johor Jaya (Johor Bahru) office.
Handle daily accounting and administrative functions for Singapore company operations.
Prepare and maintain accounting records, invoices, payments, and supporting documents.
Issue Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and related documentation.
Manage Singapore GST reporting and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Process payroll and staff claims for Singapore employees accurately and on time.
Coordinate renewal of Singapore company licenses, permits, registrations, and related compliance matters.
Maintain proper filing and documentation for finance, HR, and company records.
Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, company secretary, government authorities, suppliers, and customers.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable, including payment follow-ups when necessary.
Assist management with reports, operational coordination, and ad hoc administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore statutory requirements.
Other tasks as assigned by superior
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in handling Singapore company accounts and administration.
Experience in Singapore GST reporting and compliance.
Familiar with Singapore payroll processes and statutory requirements.
Knowledge of Singapore company license renewal and administrative procedures.
Proficient in English, and ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage
Able to handle accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication and coordination skill
