Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and maintaining a high-quality, cost-effective network of machining suppliers to ensure supply chain stability, reliability, and competitiveness, meeting the company’s evolving business needs. 负责开发和维护高质量、高性价比的机加工供应商网络，确保供应链的稳定性、可靠性和竞争力，以满足公司不断发展的业务需求。 -与内部各部门（如研发、生产、质量等）

Collaborate closely with internal departments (such as R&D, production, and quality) and external suppliers to formulate and execute supplier development strategies, optimize procurement processes, reduce costs, and improve supply chain efficiency. 以及外部供应商紧密合作，制定并执行供应商开发战略，优化采购流程，降低成本，提升供应链效率。

Duties and Tasks:

Develop supplier evaluation standards and procedures; organize cross-functional teams to conduct on-site audits, technical assessments, and commercial negotiations with potential suppliers; and select qualified suppliers that meet company requirements. 制定供应商评估标准和流程，组织跨部门团队对潜在供应商进行现场审核、技术评估和商务谈判，筛选出符合公司要求的合格供应商。

Supplier Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term, stable strategic partnerships with key suppliers, drive continuous improvement, and ensure suppliers can meet the company’s changing needs. 供应商关系管理:与关键供应商建立并维护长期稳定的战略合作伙伴关系，推动供应商持续改进，确保供应商能够满足公司不断变化的需求

Procurement Strategy Development: Formulate machining parts procurement strategies based on company objectives and business needs, including supplier selection, cost control, and risk management strategies. 采购策略制定:根据公司战略目标和业务需求，制定机加工件的采购策略，包括供应商选择策略、成本控制策略、风险管理策略等。

Price Negotiation and Contract Management: Conduct price negotiations with suppliers to obtain the best possible pricing and payment terms, and oversee the signing, execution, and management of procurement contracts. 价格谈判与合同管理:与供应商进行价格谈判，争取最优价格和付款条件，并负责采购合同的签订、执行和管理。

Identify and assess potential risks within the supply chain, such as supplier bankruptcy, raw material price fluctuations, and natural disasters. 识别和评估供应链中潜在的风险，例如供应商破产、原材料价格波动、自然灾害等

Conduct in-depth analysis of product cost structures to identify cost drivers and opportunities for cost reduction. 对产品的成本构成进行深入分析，识别成本驱动因素，寻找降低成本的机会

Work Experience:

Over 2 years of experience in machining procurement or supplier development within the semiconductor or aerospace industries 2年以上半导体和航空行业机加工采购或供应商开发经验
