Responsibilities
Handle motor insurance claims and coordinate between customers, insurance companies, and workshop teams to ensure smooth claim approval and vehicle repair process.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in opening motor insurance claims
Explain claim process, coverage, and requirements to customers
Check and collect complete claim documents from customers
Prepare and submit insurance claim applications
Follow up with insurance companies on claim status and approval
Arrange vehicle inspection with insurance adjusters
Coordinate with workshop team for repair estimation and job progress
Ensure repair quotation matches insurance requirements
Update customers regularly on claim and repair status
Handle communication between insurer, customer, and workshop
Monitor claim approval delays and escalate when needed
Ensure all claims are processed according to company and insurer procedures
Maintain proper records of claims, approvals, invoices, and reports
Assist in preparing documents for final billing and settlement
Support customer complaints or claim-related issues professionally
Ensure timely closure of claims and proper handover after repairs
Diploma or Degree (preferred)
1–3 years experience in automotive / insurance / service advisor role
Basic knowledge of motor insurance claims and vehicle repair process
Good communication and coordination skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to manage multiple claims at the same time
