Futuristic Store Fixtures Hiring! Full Time Design - Engineering Engineer in Selangor - Ricebowl

Overall job objectives

To support Design & Engineering Department to ensure the smooth running of its daily operations.

To engage in prototype build and Value Engineering (VE) activities.

Core responsibilities

• Assist to develop manufacturing processes or methods to cut down manufacturing cost and/ or increase productivity.

• Assist to explore new tools or equipment to improve manufacturing process, productivity and/ or quality.

• Assist to develop more efficient and effective packaging method to both existing and new product.

• To develop production work method or process for new fixtures and prototype.

• Assist to maintain and update products database.

• To work with Design & Engineering Department to formulate part’s drawings and packaging’s drawings for all fixtures.

• To assist and involve in prototype build activities on producing, testing, innovating and modifying new / old product sample until the sample transfers to a production plan.

• To assist to document all reports for prototyping and value engineering activities.

• Carry out other task as been assigned by Superior from time to time.

Job specifications

• At least Diploma in Production Management or related fields.

• An analytical mind and meticulous nature.

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience with good exposure of manufacturing & product research & development.

• Experience in renovation or furniture industry is added advantage.

• Have great sense of urgency and able to handle multi tasks under pressure.
