Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing and terms

Prepare and process purchase orders in a timely manner

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment

Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders

Compare quotations and analyze cost-saving opportunities

Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures

Track deliveries and resolve any supply or quality issues

Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant procurement experience

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

Familiar with ERP systems / MS Excel

Able to work independently and meet deadlines
