Manage and oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow and output achievement

Execute production plans and ensure all production schedules are met on time

Supervise production team, line leaders, and supervisors to ensure efficient operations

Monitor production output, manpower utilization, and line efficiency

Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks on the shop floor

Ensure product quality meets company standards and reduce defects, rework, and rejection rates

Maintain proper implementation of SOPs, work instructions, and safety practices

Coordinate closely with QA, Warehouse, PPC, and Maintenance for daily operations

Control material usage and minimize wastage during production process

Support continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Lean, and Kaizen activities

Prepare and submit daily / weekly production reports and performance tracking

Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline within production area

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production or manufacturing environment

Experience in garment/apparel or related manufacturing industry is an added advantage

Strong supervisory and team management skills

Good problem-solving and decision-making ability on production issues

Knowledge in production processes, quality control, and workflow management

Able to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines

Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
