Job Overview:

This Sales Executive Role mainly responsible in promoting our products & services, engaging customers, and securing business deal. This role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, meeting with customers, close deal and maintaining customer relationships to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer inquiries through phone, email, or appointment

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up with customer

• Arrange onsite appointment if needed for further discussion

• Arrange to sign agreement, delivery and provide after-sales service

• Maintain and organize customer databases and sales records

• Prepare and present weekly / monthly sales report to manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 Years Experience in Sales, Pre-Sales or related field

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Basic Computer Knowledge

• Basic understanding in IT related products

• Able to work independently and in a team environment
