Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce planning.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
Conduct recruiter screenings to assess technical alignment, communication skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and sourcing effectiveness.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders on employer branding and recruitment strategies.
Negotiate compensation packages and support offer closing activities.
Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
Experience hiring for roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, QA, Data Engineers, Product Managers, or similar technical positions.
Strong understanding of recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
