About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager (O&M) to join our dedicated team in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our engineering projects. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the execution of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards

2. Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and resolve any issues that arise

3. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of project sites, equipment and facilities

4. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any risks or challenges

5. Provide technical guidance and support to the project team

6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline

2. Minimum 8 years' experience in High Voltage O&M as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the engineering industry

3. Registered with Suruhanjaya Tenaga

4. Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects, from inception to completion

5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders

7. Proficient in project management tools and software

8. Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
