Responsibilities
Data entry.
Generate invoice from company software.
Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
Performing quality checks to meet the company’s standards.
Verify invoice details including quantities and terms.
Maintain accurate records.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Minimum SPM or Diploma or any related fields.
Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Computer literate, Microsoft Office Excel.
Admin work involves data entry key-in.
Able to work under pressure.
Panel Clinic.
EPF, SOCSO & EIS contribution.
Annual leave & Medical leave.
Increment based on performance.
Allowance provided.
