PTL Properties Hiring! Full Time Senior Quantity Surveyor in Pulau Pinang - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage all quantity surveying functions, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and contractual requirements

* Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and tender documentation for pre-contract stages

* Evaluate tenders, negotiate with contractors and suppliers, and support procurement activities

* Monitor project costs, conduct site valuations, and manage progress claims and payments

* Assess and process Variation Orders (VO) and track potential cost risks or overruns

* Administer contracts, prepare cost reports, and support overall financial control of projects

* Finalise project accounts with clients and subcontractors in a timely manner

* Collaborate closely with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

- 5–8 years of relevant experience (construction or property development preferred)

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

- Independent, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment (CIDB Green Card is an added advantage)
