We are a leading, fast-growing healthcare technology solutions provider in Asia. We are seeking a highly logical, analytical Product Manager in Malaysia to join our Digital Process Optimization team and drive our internal platform roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Roadmap: Partner with founders to translate business vision into a prioritized agile product roadmap.

• UI/UX Ownership: Champion intuitive, user-friendly system designs tailored for diverse user roles, including doctors, administrators, and patients.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central bridge linking engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support throughout the product lifecycle.

• Capability Building: Lead internal knowledge-sharing and create structured documentation to upskill department heads.

• Compliance: Ensure all platform features and workflows adhere strictly to data security protocols and regional healthcare compliance standards such as the PDPA.

Quick Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within Healthcare Tech, SaaS, or B2B software environments.

• Skills: Strong UI/UX sensibility, an analytical mindset, and a highly structured approach to problem-solving.

• Leadership: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a track record of mentoring or leading cross-functional teams.

• Tools/Regulations: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and local data privacy laws (PDPA) is an advantage.
