Work Location:

  • Balakong, Selangor (Centrol Region) - 2 Positions

  • Johor (South Region) - 1 Position

Salary Package:

  • Basic Salary (RM*************)

  • Attractive Commission Scheme (Earnings up to RM6,000++/monthly)

  • Petrol Allowance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. Candidates from other fields with relevant experience or a strong interest in sales and business development are also encouraged to apply.

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Ability to communicate in additional languages, is an advantage where necessary to support business, customer, or supplier communication requirements.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new business software.

  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.

  • Good interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously develop professional skills.

  • A team player who is committed to contributing to the success and growth of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.

  • Conduct sales visits, product presentations, and follow-up activities to generate sales opportunities.

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer support.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates for management review.

  • Organize and participate in meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities as required.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and prompt service.

  • Support strategic initiatives to strengthen the company's market presence and business growth.

  • Perform other duties and projects assigned by management from time to time.
