Hi Baby Confinement Centre is committed to providing exceptional postnatal care and a warm, comfortable environment for mothers and newborns. We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented individual to join our team.

• Handle enquiries from prospective and existing customers via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.

• Conduct centre tours and explain facilities, services, and packages to potential clients.

• Follow up with leads and assist in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout their journey.

• Coordinate admissions, check-ins, and check-outs of mothers and newborns.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer feedback and requests.

• Assist with appointment scheduling and customer records management.

• Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities when required.

• Work closely with nurses and operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience.

• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or sales-related roles will be an added advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service mindset with a positive attitude.

• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Mandarin-speaking candidates will be given priority as the role requires communicating with Mandarin-speaking customers.
