Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist Sales Team in Quotation Preparation: Aid in the creation of detailed and accurate quotations for clients.
• Product Code Creation: Ensure the precise creation of product codes in the company IT system, aligning with specifications outlined in sales agreements.
• Order Acknowledgement & Delivery Advising: Acknowledge customer purchase orders and provide accurate delivery dates.
• Purchase Order Issuance: Guarantee the timely and accurate issuance of purchase orders.
• New Item Meeting Coordination: Facilitate meetings for new product briefings, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared beforehand.
• Document Management: Organize and file sales-related paperwork and mandatory documents as per company SOPs.
• Order Tracking and Follow-up: Monitor customer orders, reviewing and following up to ensure on-time delivery.
• Interdepartmental Liaison: Work closely with various departments and suppliers to manage customer orders effectively.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Collect customer service performance data bi-quarterly, assisting in data compilation for strategy and performance management.
• General Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team in various customer-related tasks as needed.
• Customer Service: Respond to customer requests, inquiries, and problems promptly and efficiently. Maintain responsiveness and availability as required, demonstrating a commitment to meeting urgent business needs.

  • Qualifications and Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a proven ability to maintain order and efficiency.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for team collaboration and customer interactions.
    • Capable of effectively navigating and thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Proficient in IT systems pertinent to sales and order management, demonstrating technological adeptness.
    • A degree is preferred: A degree is preferred, with Business, Hotel Management, or Engineering graduates encouraged to apply.
    • Experience in a similar role is preferred, showcasing familiarity with industry practices.

    Working Hours : 8.00 am to 5.30 pm

  • Working days : Monday to Friday 

  • Location : Elmina, Shah Alam
