Exentec Hiring! Full Time TCM Engineer in Kedah - Ricebowl

I. DAILY TASK

The primary responsibility of a TCM Engineer is to oversee daily TCM operation and maintenance routine activity. Analyze the performance of the equipment and identify individual components included in each assembly and perform assessment on the operation of the equipment to develop and implement effective maintenance and improvement system.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, prepare, execute, control, and monitor all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

• Responsible for troubleshooting equipment and systems failures.

• To update maintenance records and service reports.

• Responsible for maintaining spare parts inventory, preventive maintenance, and calibration services to meet customer requirements and provide support to departmental operations.

• Provide technical support to the client and subordinate.

• Attend day to day meeting as requested by client.

• Involve in Continuous Improvement Plan, Looking Forward Activity, Best Practice Sharing and others program develop by company and client.

• 24 hours standby for emergency activation or shutdown.

• Ensure high standard on safety and housekeeping and assist in Internal and External audits.

• Responsible to follow and comply to all work instructions, standard operating procedures, and all the related documents.

• Involvement in internal / external audit activity for the organization.

• Complying with all company rules and regulations including all safety guidelines as well as customer’s regulations as per KPI sated.

• Any other task assigned by Management.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
