Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials for production.
  监督仓库日常工作，包括原材料的接收、存储和发放。

• Monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring accuracy through regular cycle counts.
  监控原材料和成品库存水平，并通过定期盘点确保准确性。

• Coordinate closely with the production team to align material supply with manufacturing schedules.
  与生产团队紧密协调，确保物料供应符合生产计划。

• Track raw material usage and estimate conversion into finished goods to support order planning.
  跟踪原材料使用情况，并估算其可转化为多少成品，以支持订单规划。

• Oversee loading/unloading processes and ensure proper documentation of stock movement.
  监督装卸流程，确保库存流动的文件记录完整。

• Drive forklift to support loading and unloading operations when required.
  在需要时驾驶叉车进行装卸作业。

• Implement warehouse layout and storage practices to optimize space and efficiency.
  优化仓库布局和存储方式，提高空间利用率和效率。

• Enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE/OSH) standards.
  执行安全、健康和环境（SHE/OSH）标准，确保合规。

• Train, guide, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.
  培训、指导并评估仓库员工的工作表现。

• Support internal and external audits related to warehouse and inventory management.
  支持与仓库和库存管理相关的内部和外部审计。

Job Requirements / 任职要求

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  物流、供应链、工商管理或相关领域的文凭/学位。

• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse/inventory management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  至少 3–5 年仓库/库存管理经验，制造业经验优先。

• Strong knowledge of raw material handling, stock control, and software systems.
  熟悉原材料处理、库存控制及 software系统。

• Good leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  具备良好的领导力、沟通能力和问题解决能力。

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
  能够在压力下工作并满足生产期限。

• Familiarity with OSH requirements and manufacturing compliance standards preferred.
  熟悉职业安全与健康（OSH）要求及制造业合规标准者优先。

• Forklift driving license or certification preferred.
  持有叉车驾驶执照或相关认证者优先。
