Hi Baby Confinement Centre is dedicated to providing professional postnatal care and a comfortable recovery environment for mothers and newborns. We are looking for caring and dedicated individuals to join our team.

• Assist nurses in providing daily care for postpartum mothers and newborns.

• Support newborn care, including feeding, diaper changing, bathing, and soothing.

• Assist mothers with daily needs and ensure their comfort during their stay.

• Observe and report any unusual conditions or concerns to the nursing team.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in guest rooms and nursery areas.

• Assist with the preparation and sterilization of feeding equipment and baby care items.

• Support breastfeeding mothers under the guidance of nursing staff.

• Ensure proper documentation and handover of daily care activities.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Nurse Manager or Centre Management.

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

• Certificate in Nursing Aide, Healthcare Assistant, Caregiver, or related field is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in confinement centres, hospitals, maternity centres, childcare centres, or caregiving roles will be an added advantage.

• Passionate about caring for mothers and newborns.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible, patient, and able to work as part of a team.

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Experience in newborn care and handling infants.

• Basic knowledge of breastfeeding support.

• Experience working in healthcare or caregiving environments.
