Location: West Malaysia
Industry: E-commerce Fulfillment / 3PL / Warehouse Operations

We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee daily warehouse operations and support the growth of our e-commerce fulfillment

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, shelving, picking, packing, and outbound processes;

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure operational efficiency and productivity;

• Develop and optimize warehouse SOPs to improve accuracy, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction;

• Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies, damaged goods, and order exceptions;

• Coordinate with courier partners, customers, and e-commerce platforms (Shopee / TikTok Shop / Lazada / Shopify);

• Improve warehouse efficiency, manpower utilization, and cost control;

• Ensure smooth warehouse workflow, compliance, and operational safety;

• Prepare operational reports and propose process improvements.

Job Requirements

Required

• Minimum 1 years of warehouse experience;

• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, 3PL, or pick-and-pack warehouse operations preferred;

• Familiar with inventory management and order fulfillment processes;

• Strong leadership and team management skills;

• Problem-solving mindset with hands-on operational capability;

• Familiar with WMS / ERP systems and Microsoft Excel;

• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.

Preferred / Advantage

• Familiar with Singapore local logistics and courier operations;

• Experience handling Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, or Shopify orders;

• Experience in warehouse optimization and process improvement;

• Strong customer communication and operational planning skills.
