Responsibility:
• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on promotions, flash sales, and voucher campaigns.
• Design and optimize shop layouts and visual assets to enhance brand alignment.
• Analyze sales metrics and market trends to guide product selection and strategies.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, design, and logistics for seamless operations.
• Monitor customer feedback to improve service and offerings.
• Create engaging content for online campaigns, including social media and email.
Requirement:
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in E-Commerce; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge and keen interest in e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), digital marketing, and paid advertising
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile e-commerce data, conduct competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative rather than waiting for instructions.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
