Qualifications & Experiences:

• Possess minimum Diploma or Degree in / Architecture / BIM or closely related fields

• Computer application competency and solid knowledge in handling REVIT, AutoCAD 3D, BIM 360, and other BIM application tools.

• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator and etc would be an advantage.
  

Responsibilities:

• Performs a variety of 3D BIM drafting assignments under minimal supervision, which requires the application of standard BIM drafting techniques.

• To model all elements as per design intent & construction specs and provide design support.

• Able to perform all lower-level drafter tasks.

• Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.

• Report to the manager/coordinator in charge and perform assigned tasks within deadline.

Job Requirement:

• Ability to handle drawings independently.

• Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

• Ability to work as a team, independent and proactive.

• Possessed own transport.
