Responsibilities

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (retail, e-commerce, or sports industry is an advantage)

  • Strong communication skills and writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin as this roles will required to liaise with our diverse client base and partners.

  • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Facebook

  • Passion for sports, especially running or outdoor activities, is highly preferred

  • Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

    We are looking for a passionate Customer Relation Executive to be the frontliner in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. You will play a key role in ensuring every customer interaction reflects our brand values of care, responsiveness, and reliability.

  • Key Responsibilities:-

  • Customer Experience & Communication

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms in a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented manner

  • Provide accurate product information, order updates, and after-sales support to ensure a seamless customer journey

  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalation cases with care and professionalism

  • After-Sales & Support Operations

  • Manage post-purchase services including warranty claims, product registration, exchanges, and returns

  • Provide basic technical troubleshooting support and coordinate with relevant internal teams when needed

  • Liaise with logistics partners to resolve shipping delays, damages, and delivery issues efficiently

  • System & Process Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system

  • Support continuous improvement of Customer Service SOPs and workflows

  • Track recurring issues and propose improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

  • Community & Brand Support

  • Support community engagement activities, including product trial sessions and brand events

  • Assist with occasional weekend duties for events or activations when required

  • Contribute to building a strong and active sports community
