We’re looking for instructors who can engage, manage, and inspire a classroom — not just run through activities.

At Whizz Kidz, our classes are high-energy, hands-on, and structured. The right instructor knows how to balance fun + control + learning.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver engaging, hands-on science lessons using structured lesson plans
• Manage a class confidently — keep students focused, involved, and on-task
• Facilitate experiments while maintaining strong safety awareness
• Ask questions, guide thinking, and drive real understanding (not just “do activity and go home”)
• Handle classroom transitions, behaviour, and time flow independently
• Represent Whizz Kidz professionally when interacting with schools and parents

What We’re Actually Looking For

• You can hold a room — students listen when you speak
• You’re energetic, but also firm when needed (not overly soft)
• You think on your feet and handle unexpected situations calmly
• You take ownership — you don’t wait to be told what to do
• You are reliable (this is non-negotiable — schools depend on consistency)
• You genuinely enjoy working with kids (not just “okay with it”)

This Role Is NOT For You If:

• You are uncomfortable managing behaviour or speaking firmly to children
• You prefer passive roles or “just assisting”
• You struggle with punctuality or commitment
• You are only looking for something casual with no consistency

Requirements

• Able to commit weekly (min. 6 months, excluding school holidays)
• Willing to travel to different school locations across Singapore
• Willing to undergo a background check (required for school settings)
• Prior experience with kids is a plus, but not required if attitude is strong

Training & Support

• Structured training + classroom guidance provided
• Detailed lesson plans and materials supplied
• Ongoing support from coordinators
