• General Summary of Responsibilities:

The Condominium Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and administration of condominium property. This role ensures that the property is well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and provides a safe and comfortable living environment for residents. The Condo Manager also supervises staff, manages budgets, and serves as the main point of contact between residents, vendors, and the property management company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Property Operations & Maintenance

• Supervise the upkeep and maintenance of the condominium, including common areas, facilities, and security.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure that repairs, servicing, and upgrades are completed on time.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and building regulations.

2. Financial & Budget Management

• Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance, security, and operational expenses.
• Oversee billing, collection of maintenance fees, and financial reporting.
• Ensure cost-effective management of resources and vendor contracts.

3. Resident Relations & Customer Service

• Serve as the primary contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and disputes professionally.
• Organize meetings with the management committee or residents’ association.
• Enforce condominium rules, regulations, and policies fairly.
