Job Description

Responsibilities

Main Tasks

1. Recruitment and staffing

  • Develops job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Practical Examples:

Posting job ads on job boards, conducting interviews, and selecting qualified candidates.

  • Ensures the organisation is staffed with skilled employees that fit the company's culture and goals.

2. Onboarding and training

  • Welcomes new hires, organises orientation with company culture, and integrating new employees, providing necessary training.

3. Employee relations management

  • Acts as a mediator to resolve addressing employee grievances
  • Manages workplace disputes and ensures a providing conflict resolution fair, harmonious environment.

4. Performance management

  • Monitoring and enhancing employee performance.
  • Designs performance appraisal systems to help managers evaluate employees, provides feedback, and align goals.
  • Conducting periodic performance appraisals and offering feedback for career development.
  • Implements strategies to recognise and reward top performers while providing development

opportunities for those requiring improvement.

5. Compensation and benefits administration

  • Ensures fair compensation by designing salary structures, managing payroll, and administers employee benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and

other perks.

6. Compliance with legal and company obligations

  • Oversees compliance with employment laws, health and safety regulations, anti-discrimination policies, and data protection laws (PDPA), and company polices.
  • Maintains employee records and ensuring legal documentation is kept up-to-date.
  • Communication management

Facilitates communication across departments and with external stakeholders, ensuring that important messages are conveyed efficiently.

Secondary Tasks

1. Office management

Ensures office administrative efficiency, productivity, and a positive work environment.

Handles office supplies, coordinating schedules, and addressing employee concerns.

2. Document and records management

Organising, storing, and managing access to important documents. Manages company records, ensuring documents are properly stored and accessible to

authorised personnel.

3. Scheduling and coordination

Manages calendars, appointments, meetings, and event coordination for internal and external events.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
