A beauty salon/TCM Clinic would like to employ a suitable staff to fill in this position for our shop at the central of Singapore.
Core Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Greet clients warmly, offer refreshments, ensure a relaxing environment, and address any inquiries or complaints promptly.
- Scheduling: Manage the booking calendar, coordinate beauticians'/therapists' schedules, and send appointment reminders via text or email.
- Point of Sale (POS): Handle check-in and check-out processes, process payments, and manage package redemptions using salon software.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, manage emails, and promptly respond to booking inquiries across messaging apps and social media platforms.
- Sales & Promotion: Recommend beauty products, up-sell treatments, and inform clients of ongoing promotions.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Typically 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or the beauty industry.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, a well-groomed appearance, and a warm, customer-oriented attitude.
- Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with salon booking software and comfort with mobile/social media platforms.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Pay: $1,707.03 - $2,500.00 per month
