Overview:
The Pantry Attendant is responsible for maintaining client meeting room area, managing catering services. This role ensures all beverages and utensils are well-stocked, clean, and maintained to high standards while delivering service to clients, and good teamwork with hospitality team.
This position typically reports to a hospitality operation lead. The pantry attendant is also required to provide backup administrative support to the team including mailroom and facilities coordinator in pantry maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Diploma required.
Experience in food/beverage service or hospitality environments.
Basic inventory management skills to track and order supplies.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry and meeting room areas.
Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
Capability to handle multiple tasks including catering coordination and beverage replenishment.
Basic administrative skills to support reception and mailing duties.
Attention to detail in maintaining utensil inventory and office supplies.
Reliability and punctuality, especially for event support functions.
Ability to lift and move moderate weight items (water containers, catering equipment).

Work Standards:
Maintain all pantry areas in clean, organized condition throughout the day.
Regularly check and replenish beverages and supplies in client pantry areas.
Accurately track and update the utensil inventory list.
Respond promptly to catering service requests and meeting room setup needs.
Properly handle mail and courier services according to company procedures.
Manage office supply ordering with special attention to water supplies.
Provide efficient backup reception coverage when required.
Support business events with appropriate preparation and cleanup.
Always display professional and courteous service.
Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards, bank policies, and safety standards in food/beverage handling.
Response Time: Speed of resolving internal facility tickets/requests.

Operations & Maintenance Supporting:
Inspections: Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify maintenance issues (lighting, plumbing, furniture damage) as needed.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external contractors and supervise on-site repairs as needed.
Office Logistics & Administration
Space Management: Assist with office moves, desk reconfigurations, and setting up meeting rooms for large events.
Inventory Control: Manage stocks of pantry supplies, pantry items, and PPE.
Mail & Deliveries: Helping mailroom sort incoming mail, and coordinate courier services as needed.
Asset Management: Maintain an accurate digital registry of office equipment, furniture, and IT peripherals irregularly.
Emergency Response: Serve as a designated Fire Warden or First Aider; maintain emergency kits and AEDs.
Stability: High, at least 3 years
