About the role
Teleperformance is seeking an Assistant Customer Manager to join our client team in Kowloon, Hong Kong on a full-time basis. This role is pivotal in supporting our customer relationship management and direct marketing initiatives. As Assistant Customer Manager, you will play a key part in enhancing customer engagement and operation, managing client communications, and contributing to the success of our CRM strategies. Key responsibilities
- Support the implementation and execution of direct marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Assist in managing customer databases and ensuring data integrity within CRM systems
- Monitor and analyse customer interactions to identify opportunities for improved engagement and retention
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute targeted customer communications
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Management team, including reporting and documentation
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of customer segmentation strategies
- Assist in tracking campaign performance and compiling performance metrics and insights
- Support the onboarding and relationship management of new and existing clients
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, business, communications or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, customer relationship management, or direct marketing environments
- Proficiency with CRM software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Cantonese; additional language proficiency (such as Mandarin) is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within team settings whilst managing individual responsibilities
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Customer-focused approach with a genuine passion for improving customer experiences
- Familiarity with Hong Kong market dynamics and consumer behaviour is preferred
