We are looking for a Brand Executive to support end-to-end brand execution for our Rice & Instant Noodles category. This role supports brand campaigns, social media content, product launches, market monitoring, and activations, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure strong brand presence and performance across all channels.
What you will be doing:
1) Brand & Campaign Execution
- Support end-to-end execution of brand campaigns including product launches, promotions, and seasonal activations.
- Assist in developing campaign ideas, key visual directions, and messaging aligned with brand positioning.
- Ensure all brand materials are consistent with brand guidelines across online and offline channels.
2) Content & Social Media Management
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars, ideate and execute content aligned with campaigns, trends, and audience insights, and monitor performance using engagement metrics.
- Create basic visuals and short-form videos for social media, events, and product launches, while coordinating with designers, videographers, and agencies for higher-quality production.
3) Market Intelligence & Trade Monitoring
- Conduct market visits to track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
- Monitor product availability, visibility, and compliance at retail outlets.
- Gather consumer and in-store insights to support marketing strategies.
4) Product & Innovation Support
- Support new product development, research, packaging reviews, and concept testing.
- Coordinate product launches with internal teams such as R&D and Sales teams.
- Track product performance post-launch and collect market feedback.
5) Agency & Vendor Management
- Liaise with creative, media, and production agencies and follow up on timelines, quality, and revisions to ensure execution meets expectations.
- Assist in briefing agencies with clear objectives and deliverables.
6) Event & Activation Support
- Support planning and execution of events, roadshows, and on-ground activations, including logistics, materials, and vendors coordination.
- Capture content for social media and promotional use.
7) Budget & Administrative Support
- Track marketing expenses and ensure alignment with allocated budgets.
- Process invoices, quotations, and documentation, and maintain campaign records and assets.
8) Reporting & Analysis
- Track and report campaign performance including digital and trade activities.
- Provide performance insights and recommendations, prepare post-campaign reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma, Foundation, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience; experience in FMCG or the food industry is an advantage.
- Responsible, proactive, good communication skills and willing to learn.
- Social media savvy with a hands-on attitude and strong execution mindset.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
