Job Description :

1. Ensure in- process, outgoing and customer complaints meet quality objective.

2) Tabulate LAR report.

3) Liaising with Customer for RMA on customer incoming & production fallouts.

4) Maintaining the NCMR & CPAR spreadsheet for closures.

5) Reply CAR to customer for continuous improvements.

6) Verify Non-conforming parts.

7) Handle customer complaints

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
