Responsible for assisting the Audit & Assurance Department function in order to ensure smooth running of day to day operation.
Scope of Responsibilities
- Undertaking background research on the client’s business environment.
- Identifying key stakeholders for the audit.
- Preparing adequate and appropriate working papers with proper audit procedures.
- Identifying compliance issues.
- Preparing an audit monitoring plan.
- Analyzing business and financial risks to the clients.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or partly Professional qualification in Accounting or equivalent.
- 1-2 years working experience in audit firm.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude and have a strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work independently and complete job within timeline.
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong technical knowledge on accounting standards (MFRS, IFRS and MPERS).
- Able to travel within Malaysia from time to time and work on weekends if necessary.
- Candidates with working knowledge of Audit Express software would have added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,300.00 per month
