- Prepare and handle samples for testing using various laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Conduct product testing and analysis in accordance with company requirements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, test reports, and documentation.
- Analyze test results and report findings to management in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory procedures, company policies, and health and safety regulations.
- Clean, maintain, and sterilize laboratory equipment and work areas to ensure a safe working environment.
- Classify, label, and properly store samples and testing materials.
- Collect, compile, and prepare research data and information required for studies and product evaluations.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, laboratory techniques, and best practices.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Applied Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or other related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, responsible, and a good team player.
- Willing to work in Kapar, Selangor.
- Possess own transportation and be willing to travel to the workplace.
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, Alternate Saturday
8:30am – 5:30pm
