Job Description:

• We are an industrial electronics repair company specializing in the repair of servo drives, inverters, controllers, power supplies, and other industrial electronic equipment.
• While our core business is not mobile phone repair, we highly value the advanced soldering, BGA, and reballing skills commonly found in the mobile phone repair industry. These skills are considered a valuable new talent that can strengthen our component-level repair capabilities.
• Successful candidates will be given the opportunity to apply their soldering expertise to a wider range of industrial electronic products and develop new technical skills within the industrial electronics repair field.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the mobile phone repair industry.
• Skilled in BGA soldering, reballing, micro-soldering, and PCB repair.
• Able to use hot air stations, soldering stations, microscopes, and related repair equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting electronic boards and component-level repairs is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good problem-solving skills.
